The National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh has again appeared in an Abuja court in handcuffs.
Metuh was taken from the Kuje Prison, where he was remanded, to the High Court.

Metuh is yet to meet the bail conditions given to him by the Federal High Court and an Abuja High Court.
