Fitness model Chontel Duncan shares her post-baby belly from 5 days to 7 weeks after giving birth

Fitness model Chontel Duncan , who documented her baby bump in mirror selfies all through her pregnancy has been sharing her post-baby body since welcoming her baby boy, named Jeremiah. Duncan, who delivered her son Jeremiah by C-section 7 weeks ago, wrote on Instagram, five days after birth: "Bump update 40 weeks... 5 days post delivery. Little D now known as Jeremiah 'MIAH' came 39weeks 2days (as you all would have noticed). My body is tender, it feels like someone did 12 rounds in the boxing ring using my core as the target. So much swelling is yet to go down & so much healing is yet to happen. I haven't seen my GP yet to see how my first week of healing has gone but when i do, it'll be then that I will be able to see a goal ahead with my healing process. The midwife & nurses follow up went well so fingers crossed i have a speedy recovery & continue on the straight road ahead. It's super crazy how different my body fee...
