 Super Falcons star, Asisat Oshoala to speak at FIFA conference Titled 'Equality Through Reform', the conference coincides with the annual celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8.
  
Super Falcons striker Asisat Oshoala  has been appointed as one of the speakers for the second edition of the FIFA Women’s Football and Leadership Conference.
The conference will hold on at the Zurich, headquarters of FIFA on Monday, March 8.

Titled 'Equality Through Reform', the conference coincides with the annual celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8.
It is parts of FIFA’s commitment to promote, develop and invest in women’s football so that the sport and those who play it can grow to their full potential across the world.
 
The conference is expected to bring together diverse voices from sport and wider society to discuss ways in which women’s football and women in football can be further promoted.

Other speakers listed for the conference include tennis icon and founder of Women’s Sport Foundation Billie Jean King, former USA women’s football player Abby Wambach, Samar Nassar, Chief Executive Director of the Local Organizing Committee for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Jordan 2016.
Director of BBC Sport, Barbara Slater, General Secretary of the French Football Association, Brigitte Henriques, and Director of Strategic Partnerships at UN Women and the FIFA Executive Committee representatives, Kristin Hetle are also listed as speakers.
