Neyo Stays True To Igbo Roots When Naming His Son – Chimere Smith Jr.

 

R & B star and producer – Neyo has just welcomed his third child, a baby boy.
Neyo and new wife Crystal Renay wed a month ago and announced the birth of their first child together on snapchat on Tuesday in a photo of the newborn’s hand clutching his mother’s finger, with the caption, “Prince SJ Has arrived”
Neyo has named his son after him, Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr aka SJ. It’s nice to see that Neyo whose middle name is also Chimere stuck with his Igbo roots when naming his son.

 

 Prince Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr has arrived! 6lbs 8oz, 19 inches🙈 it was the scariest delivery ever and I ended up getting a emergency C-section cause of complications but with the help of my amazing doctor @drsherryr and my super calming husband @neyo I was able to get through it all and come out with best reward in the world...
